Pamela (Pam) Fly, President, leads the company with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Early in her construction career, Pamela was a member of Local #19 Sheet Metal Workers. Her time as a tradeswomen assisted Pamela in gaining a wealth of knowledge and an understanding of the complexities of projects on and off site. Her past experience has helped influence her innovative hands-on approach to managing every aspect of the company.
